THE PROBLEM
Patients rarely know when the doctor will actually see them, so they arrive early and wait at the clinic.

THE IDEA
One app for both sides of the waiting room: patients find a doctor, book an appointment and follow the live queue so they arrive when it's their turn, while clinic staff run the day's queue.

EXECUTION
Before writing any code, I interviewed 30+ doctors in person across three towns and took the product to the managing director of a major hospital group. The interviews confirmed the idea and shaped three decisions: clinic staff got their own view to manage the day's queue, showing patients when to arrive mattered more than the booking itself, and the patient side had to stay simple for people who aren't comfortable with complex apps. I then built it in Flutter and Firebase.

OUTCOME
Development is complete. I'm now looking for clinics and hospitals to run a pilot launch, and waiting to hear back from hospitals.
