THE PROBLEM
Capturing a celebration usually means asking friends to hold their phones or waiting months for a heavy camera crew, while good mobile creators need a steady source of paid shoots.

THE IDEA
Cueroll sends vetted mobile creators to shoot, edit and deliver 4K reels the same day, for celebrations and for brands, and gives creators a place to find paid work. It's launching across Kerala.

EXECUTION
After seeing Fisclok, friends building Cueroll asked me to join as co-founder and CTO. I own all of the technology and the structure of the system, while my co-founders run operations. I built it in React and Flutter: cueroll.com, the booking flow, creator onboarding, and project tracking from booking to the delivered reel. The hardest part is owning every technical decision.
